Dash is a 4 year old Quarter Horse gelding and stands at 15.2 hands. Dash is a stunningly beautiful horse. He is a very smart horse and learns quickly. Whatever you teach him one day, he will remember the next time you get on him. He is a very quiet and flashy horse with extremely comfortable gaits and he can go all day long. He has speed if you want it but will stay quiet especially out on trails. He loves to ride out in the country. He is calm, trusting and relaxed and seeing new things does not excite him, he is curious and interested. He is by nature a very levelheaded and safe horse and always tries to please. Dash rides light in the hand and balanced and picks up his leads easily maintaining a steady rhythm on a loose rein. He has a very nice canter and is extremely sure-footed. He also listens to voice commands from the ground or while riding. Dash is a very respectful. He is very friendly and in-your-pocket, great to work around on the ground for anyone whether you groom him, bathe him, trim, vet check him, stands tied anywhere to anything as long as you want him to and also ground-ties… he loves the attention. Dash has been ridden Western with a bit or in just a halter and has been on very long trail rides. He rides out alone or with others and stays calm even if another horse gets nervous around him. He has been exposed to tarps, balls, umbrellas, machinery, tractors, trucks and ATVs, he is also used to dogs and cattle and has been in deep ponds, down ravines into creeks, through woods and out in open fields as well as down the road. He has been a pleasure to work with and we look forward to spending time with this great guy every time we get him out of his field. He currently lives outside and will walk up to you when he sees you coming.
